1. Permanent Magnet DC Motors

2. Explosion-Proof DC Motors

  ▶ Motorized cable reels

3. Wound Field DC Motors

• Classified into series wound, shunt wound, and compound wound based on excitation method
• Typical Applications:
  ▶ Feeding mechanisms in metal processing production lines
  ▶ Industrial crane lifting systems
  ▶ Elevator traction units
  ▶ High-power cable reels

Technical Note: When equipment uses rectified DC or silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) speed control systems, matching motors require SCR rating certification to ensure stable performance under pulsed power supply. While modern lifting equipment is gradually transitioning to AC frequency conversion systems, DC motors still maintain irreplaceable technical advantages in specific working conditions.
